Crew Leader
Crew Leaders direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost effective service to clients.

•Responsibility for ensuring job site quality and that site
appearance meets client and company standards.

•Manage all day-to-day activities involving landscape maintenance services to produce a quality job.

•Perform hands on work with crews as needed to meet work and scheduling demands.

In addition to requirements above, the ideal Crew Leader will have:
•A valid driver’s license
•Experience running a landscape or maintenance crew
•Good communication skills and horticulture knowledge
•Ability to speak Spanish preferred

Grounds Maintenance Specialist
Our specialists perform the tasks necessary to ensure quality, cost effective service to our clients.

•Responsibility for completing work as directed by crew leaders to ensure
that site appearance meets client and company standards.

•Perform duties in a timely manner to adhere to scheduling demands

In addition to requirements above, the Laborers will:
•Show up to work on time
•Possess identification for employment in the U.S.
•Have a good attitude
